Any attempt to circumvent these measures, such as providing false age information, will result in permanent suspension of the account.
Prohibited Users:
Individuals with a history of offenses against children, including but not limited to abuse, trafficking, or neglect, are permanently prohibited from using the platform. Our screening process utilizes both user-reported incidents and publicly accessible databases to ensure strict compliance with these policies.
3.2 Conduct Guidelines
The following behaviors are strictly forbidden and will result in severe actions, including permanent bans and potential legal prosecution:
Abuse, Exploitation, and Sexualization of Minors
Sharing, producing, or consuming any content that depicts the exploitation or abuse of minors, including the sharing of links to external sites or resources that contain such content.
Engaging in conversations, role-play, or any activities that sexualize or objectify minors.
Creating or disseminating content, including but not limited to illustrations or animations, that sexualizes minors.
Any attempts to gain the trust of minors for the purpose of exploitation, whether through deceptive relationships, provision of gifts, or emotional manipulation.
Endangerment and Harm
Encouraging, promoting, or participating in activities that cause physical, emotional, or psychological harm to minors.
Involvement in or facilitation of trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of children.
3.3 Content Restrictions
Loviz enforces a stringent policy regarding any content involving minors that could expose them to harm or exploitation. All user-generated content is subject to comprehensive review and moderation, utilizing both manual and algorithmic methods.
Any content that violates platform policies, including but not limited to content depicting sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or inappropriate behavior, will be promptly removed, and appropriate actions, up to and including account suspension or termination, will be taken against the responsible accounts.

Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in any form of content, including live streams, videos, and posts.
Accounts cannot be created, managed, or operated on behalf of minors.
Content that depicts, promotes, or normalizes harm, abuse, or exploitation of minors is strictly forbidden.
Any attempt to circumvent moderation systems or policies to upload restricted content will result in account suspension or termination.
3.4 Reporting Mechanism on the Platform
If you suspect any child exploitation or abuse, we urge you to report it immediately using Loviz's in-app reporting features or by contacting us directly at loviz-server@dloviz.com. Our dedicated team will respond promptly to address the issue.
3.5 Reporting and Collaboration with Authorities
Loviz promptly informs relevant organizations, such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement, about confirmed instances of child abuse, in full compliance with legal obligations.
Loviz works closely with child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to facilitate thorough investigations and timely reporting of any suspected cases of sexual abuse or exploitation.
